Tamron has launched a couple of compact, high-power zoom lenses designed to reduce flare and ghosting with digital SLRs. The AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD telephoto zoom lens has a macro capability of 1:2. Along with the AF 28-200mm f/3.8-5.6 XR Di Aspherical [IF] Macro lens, both lenses have been optimized for Tamron's Di optical system.
