STEP 5a: Create Your Index Page
First, create a new HTML page. Save it right away in your root folder (“My Website”) alongside your “images” folder. You must name this file “index.html”. This is the file name that web browsers will look for as your home page. If you’re using a plain-text editor, when you save the file, make sure you change the extension from “.txt” to “.html”.   |
